My Cat Can Talk

My cat oreo has learned to talk. The other night he was meowing and it sound like he was saying, hello. So I would say hello and he would answer me. Hubby thinks its hysterical. But he won't answer hubby when he does it, only with me. LOL
Kota tried to get out of school today, then I reminded him his teacher was bringing in cookies today. He consented to go. Quickly.
Its another cold damp dreary day. yuck! Kota wants to go back to the library today, he has read his books. He only got two out. I have finished two of my four books.
Remember the cuttings I took from Mom's jasmine? Well they are doing quite well. Might be able to plant them outside soon. They probably won't bloom this year, but definitely next year.
ok, time for breakfast and more blog reading. Then its off to do my chores.

I would love to hear a talking cat. It seems from your comments that many cats talk, but I haven't heard one! You know how to get your son to school! His teacher does, too!! Jasmine? Oh, how lovely!!!

That's too cute about your cat. I had a cat who I swear would call my name, "Mel... Mel".

My cat meows at me, but never says anything substantial. Judah however, talks, especially when he's P.O'd about something. Bo does as well!

I would go just about anywhere if there were cookies.
I think I'm hitting the library tonight. That depends on if I can psych myself up for toddler story time.

My Belle coos to me. She is the only cat I've ever had that comes running when you call her name. I guess it's because she was raised with 4 dogs and she has to act like them. Hey, you know what, cookies will work everytime.

That is so cool about Oreo!
I am feeling the same way about the wet, damp weather! I need some sun and dry weather!

My dear sweet Maine coon, Scooter, was quite a talker. He used say, "Hel-lo," too, with the accent on the "lo." Too cut for words. He also would call out, "Mommmm! Mom, Mom, Mom!" Cracked me up. What an adorable cat he was. I miss him....

My Grandma had a cat that could talk, too. It was freaky, but cool.I hope that you have a great day, Mary.
