The worst part is that it is only Thursday. First of all, Sunday night Rex could not walk. It just happened out of
the blue. He was outside playing and then came in the
on three legs. The vet put him on Gabepenton for pain and
it seems to be helpful because he is running and playing
again. He gets 700 milligrams twice a day but we are
facing the inevitable when his spine condition worsens. He
has cancerous tumors also.
Tuesday, I got a letter from Discover saying the data had
been breached and they were sending me a new card. It would not have been terrible news if I had not had 7 or 8
bills on Discover for automatic payments. It took five

hours on the phone to get that straightened out.
Later on, after dinner, Ted went to the Fridge to get a
cold drink and noticed the refrigerator was off. we went to the breaker box and the breaker was on, we checked the
plug in and it was fine. I had done massive grocery shopping earlier in the day and it was full. the only
solution available
to me was to freeze what I could, and there wasn't hardly any space in the big freezer , put
some food in the little garage fridge and buy dry ice.
I guess that I should be thankful that it saved the
food and a technician is coming to day.
Personally, I believe an evil witch cast a spell on me.
Oh, just one other thing, my lawn mowing twins quit and I
am now having to mow my lawn. That has a silver lining
though because I am interested in the yard again and have
made some plans to set out ground cover in the back yard under the big tree where the grass doesn't grow. Once
again all is well that ends well.
