All of us just bring our most fantastic culinary triumphs and catch up on family news. My cousins new husband was a nice looking older man. He was driving a Jag so I guess he was pretty well off. However, I heard him put her down a couple of times and that turned me off. I enjoyed my sisters children and grand children a lot since I only get to see them once a year.
I took a large spiral sliced ham, potato salad and a pecan pie. There must have been 6 kinds of salad, two kinds of cake and an apple pie besides the pecan one I took and a fruit plate. My sister did brisket and a sweet potato casserole and my cousin made a cheese grits casserole and a potato casserole with lots of cheese and sour cream.

On the way home, we stopped at an estate sale that had deteriorated into let's get rid of this stuff because we are tired of being here kind of sale. I bought a super deluxe iron for two dollars, a huge box of lace for 3.00
that I plan to give to Laura(she sews) and a casserole dish for l.50. I am in love with the iron because it does everything automatically. All in all, it was a great day.
