I have an apple pie in the oven and am waiting to do two
pecan pies. I trust that they won't sog up before tonight.
I did as much in advance as possible so I could go to the
beauty shop this morning. I didn't know exactly how to go
about the gelatin salad so I used three jellos, two rasp.
and one strawberry and put in pineapple, mandarin oranges
2 cans whole cranberries and marshmallows. It is good.
I have a sweet potato casserole ready to go and a hash brown
casserole to bake. Of course the rolls are last minute and
if people aren't having a good time, I will poor the vodka
that I have hidden from Ted in the Sangria. The turkey and
the ham both need oven time. The turkey is not trustworthy
even though it is golden brown so I am going to give it a
couple of hours in the roaster.....and to think I am going
to do this all over again for my children Christmas day.
I also made brownies for dessert. This would not have been
so hard if I had not been doing Ellie's birthday dinner to
take over there last night. I have rolls made and ready to shape.
