Blogster Did What?

Apparently Blogster was in the mood to disable some accounts. My old "Blog" account (https://blog.blogster.com) has been removed without notice.

Not sure why...I was rarely over there and I surely have not posted anything negative. Heck, I have not posted on Blogster in over a year.

I find it hard to believe that they removed the account because of lack of use. SHH! Walleyeman's account is still there.

I had heard the rumors that they just remove accounts for no reason. Wonder who is next?

Luckily, most of my Blogster posts remain on my hard disc. Three times this year a visit to Blogster immediately took me down from the Internet. For a minimum three weeks each time I lost the service. Remaining is a 128 kbyte encrypted firewall.
I take it as a compliment.
You run a great shop that attracts fine bloggers.

The other day when I tried to go to blogster I was sent to a strange website

Mine is probably disabled. I should go check it out right now... Nope still active. Haven't posted in 4 months. Just logged in. I was not a fan. They had so many issues. I wish that they'll have some tissues.

When I first gave them a date that I wanted my blog disabled, they took it upon themselves to do it 2 weeks early. I wrote to them and they opened it back up for a short time. I was only too glad to leave there. I'm happy here. I have wonderful friends here and it's a friendly place. This is good stuff, eddie

Do you think it might have something to do with them being a pack of jerks? That would be my guess.
I'll bet the old Cranky Swamp Yankee account is gone too. I haven't been over there in over a year. I'm MUCH HAPPIER here!

That place is a wreck, a prescription for failure is their approach. I've never seen a better example of very poor customer service...better yet, customer abuse. Now they're talking about future improvements, even though they should still be running in the beta mode? They just don't get it and that baffles the hell out of me.

I downloaded all my old postings from Blogster onto a disk so now I have all my witty, pithy,(and thitty harhar)observations preserved for posterity. I haven't visited there in months.

Look on the bright side, their power play will envitably backfire because when people want to talk to you now they'll have to sign up on MyBloggers to do it. I'm sure you had more followers than you think. Shame you lost you entertaing posts, hope you kept copies of the photo gallery.

How stupid. Anyone can always log back on under a new name. What can they possibly accomplish by removing people indiscriminately. Personally, I'm sure you're not losing any sleep over it.
