I painted today. Despite everything I have yet to do, I blew off the things I should do and opted for what I wanted to do. Ok, it is not a masterpiece, but it is good enough for a Christmas card. I need something in the right front. I was going to put some cardinals on the mailbox but the birds got lost. Too small. Will have to think of something else- or maybe I will just leave it alone.

Jeri read my book. So glad she liked it. So far, everyone who has read it has liked it. The subjects are tough but the reading flow is easy.

It is getting cold again. We had a few very cold nights last week- early freezes and it will freeze again tonight. It is already under 40 degrees.Brrrr...
