Yes that's a pretty intense pink but if you wear it with dark gray pants, it will calm it down. I envy you the trip to England. Say hi to cuz for all of us.

Yes, it's good I got his measure right off and didn't care. If it wasn't for Anthony, I might have told him off, recapturing some of the language from my early life.

Reading about your efforts makes me want to go back to bed. What is an anti-brain control hat? I love the humming birds. Obviously they have gathered to discuss the disaster simulation over tea or nectar, or whatever you fill that thing with.

Having granddaughters would be nice if I didn't have to go through everything it takes to get there. So enjoy. You have earned the results. I think Le Vie Est Belle translates to "life is beautiful". We don't have Panda Express around here. Is it hamburgers?

Our pricey Franke kitchen faucet is metal-degraded, has a major leak that I have wrapped a piece of foam rubber around and it has to be changed (like now) because it gets moldy. It is gummed up and is now hard to use and hurts my compromised hand. Finally Ed agreed to replace it but he wants to be part of the selection process and never has time to go with me to Lowe's. Also, he will want to install it himself. Need also to replace shower heads and would love to replace the faucet in his bathroom because sometimes I need to use it and I can't turn it on without using both hands and body language. I am thinking I'll wait till he goes to his guardian meeting (3 days) in July and call a plumber. Voila. He'll be put out but I can live with that. Also his toilet runs and one should wait till it stops before leaving the room so one can jiggle the handle and fix it.

Delving into family history can be absorbing and historically interesting, but the motivation here is to flaunt a pedigree and place oneself above all the peasants. I can't research anyone in my family because both parents were born in Greece, in a small town, and records were sketchy, and my mom said she was born "the year after her brothers came home from the war" and she was referring to Turkey. No records available. However, I could research Jay, who has Indian ancestry, and a classic name: Stanton.

Stretching cures a lot of things -- don't give up. Be gentle as you go. Dreambird is beautiful.

Well, since I am not indulging myself, I'll just look at this for a while and imagine I'm eating it. Looks great.

I looked into joining a writing group but came up empty. I think I'll try again. Sounds like fun. And, of course, you get to be with people who think.

Interestsing post. I looked Merwin up. He's still with us. I wanted to see a photo of him as a young man. Very appealing. I never liked Pavarotti. I have a problem with facial emoting during any performance. I prefer Domingo.
I too was chosen to study art as a child. I was sent to Chicago Art Institute classes. It was overwhelming.

Elizabeth Taylor and I were the same age. I did not envy her. She was emotionally ill for most of her life and drugs shortened her life. Also, as she aged, her beauty coarsened. Too much, too soon. Bobby has my respect and sympathy, as do you. My thoughts are with you.

Awww. Did you know Petra is a Greek word that means rock? I hope she thrives.
