Today was another terrific day at work. The people that work near me are great, we joke and have a good time. Today was Country music day and first thing this morning they played Kiss an Angel Good Morning, well the four of us girls went over by Hee and started singing with the radio and he just laughed. Then one of my best buds was moved to the table in front of me and we had fun making faces at each other, she is in training so we aren't allowed to talk to her except at exercise time or breaks. Yes we exercise at 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM.

So I was having this wonderful day, hubby came at lunch as he usually does on Thursday, we went to the bank and to Rite-Aid where I bought him Coricidin HBP for his cold and some Daytime. When he picked me up at 2:30 PM I had decided that I wanted a Yankee Pot Roast for supper so we stopped at Dani's and then went to Rite Aid for his beer. While in Rite-Aid I thought that I should get him some Nyquil so he can sleep tonight and he waited for me at the front of the store. As I was walking back to the register the whore, that he stayed with for 10 whole days walked by me, I was ignoring her and she said to me, "Keep writing, I love it" I said, "Thank-You!" Never missing a step. LOL! Now mind you this is a woman that says she has found God, is very religious and a great mother, she had her daughter with her, and she goes on to say..."I'm not writing anything, BITCH!" I just smiled and continued on my merry way. Hubby and the register lady asked what did she say to you and I said it was nothing important. He went back in and bought me another Rose and I asked what it was for and he said it was for showing that I have more class than any lady he has ever known. So, Hubby fixed the only sour part of my day! Thanks Babe!! Hubby did say on the way home that she must have said that too many times to someone cause her lip was split open and swelled up. Anyway, make your own decisions, I know what mine is.

So? I'm sure you're all wondering what is a Yankee Pot Roast? You take two cans of cream of mushroom soup, one envelope of onion soup mix and a pot roast. Mix the two soups together and pour over the roast then bake in a 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours, make some mashed potatoes and some spinach and dinner is served.

I love to cook! Can you tell? I've got to buy larger amounts of sugar and flour, it's winter time and I bake a lot during the winter. All three of us have wicked sweet tooth's. I'll gain back all the weight I've lost this winter alone. LOL! I don't really care, my weight has never been an issue for me. Hell, when hubby met and married me I weighed 250 pounds. So now I'm down to 115 pounds, big deal.
