I'm Just an Educated Idiot!

Well, Jack Kevorkian died today...in a HOSPITAL no less!!  I hate these people who don't put their money where their mouth is.  Not so easy when it's your life on the line, eh, Jack?
Obama is getting stronger and stronger in the polls.  With the group of clowns who have declared for the Republican candidacy, I see Obama by a landslide next year.
Saw where Palin and the "Hair God" shared a pizza...for a commercial, I'm guessing.  Palin is currently touring the U.S. in her bus, some say testing the waters concerning announcing for the Presidency.
Here's the weird part.  She refuses to tell the Press where she will stop next. She is crazy like a fox when it comes to self-promotion.  Think of all the "press" she's getting because the Fifth Estate is constantly trying to out guess her.
She also just bought a new home in Arizona for "xteen" million.  Oh, did I mention she also has a new pad in Alaska that cost almost if not "xteen million" too.
I hope she paid cash because her glory days are just about over.  She and her tea party cohorts are quickly become the dregs of the political scene.  I tried to tell everyone, but what do I know?
As the people on Blogster constantly reminded me, "I'm just an educated idiot!"
My response?  Better an "educated idiot" than an "uneducated idiot." Oh, they hated that!!  Looks who's laughing now!!!

It is beyond obvious: Palin is an egocentric, money-hungry grand-stander, just like Trump.

Alaska to Arizona...what an extreme move. I rather admired Dr. Kevorkian
and since I am not good with pain I might have let him terminate me if
I were dying and he was still alive. I saw my father live too long with bone
cancer and I suspect that my mother overdosed when the pain of rheumatoid
arthritis became too great to bear.

I, for one, am paying my respects for Dr. Jack. I think he did a great service for the many that suffered. I don't want to die, but I wouldn't want to live in agony and depression. As for Palin, et. al., I switch channels.

Perhaps, but the same thing can be accomplished through palliative care, where the patient does not suffer and is allowed to pass on peacefully. My brother received it and so did one of my friend's husbands. Both died of cancer and neither had any pain at the end. Both were kept heavily sedated but still able to communicate with their families until the very end. Attitudes toward the dying have changed significantly in the last few years.

Palin thinks the crowds are supporting her. I do think a lot of them are just tripping to another kind of zoo. (JoezRepublicanPage once called me a Lesbian for supporting Hillary -- typical.)

He tried the "lesbian" bit on me too. I put him in his place on that by telling him that he was nothing but a joke even to the people who pretended to support him. He backed off. He is currently kicked off Blogster, but they will probably let him back on. They have kicked him off twice before and let him come back, once after 30 days suspension.

As far as the voices on Blogster are concered- just consider the source! A bunch of self-righteous fools!
comment by dragonflyby on June 3, 2011 4:01 PM ()
Do you really think I take them seriously?? They are not only self-righteous; they are dumb. They are a part of the "television" generation who are programmed to believe if they hear it, it must be true. Whatever happened to reading??

Don't pick on Jack--maybe he died peacefully or was fine one moment and had a heart attack the next--what I am saying is maybe he didn't need his 'services'.
comment by greatmartin on June 3, 2011 1:57 PM ()
Maybe he did! I need to research this a bit more.

I get tired of people who have to assume everyone else is an idiot in order to make themselves feel good enough to get through the day.

When they can't figure out a way to refute fact, they resort to the "educated idiot" argument. As I have said time and again, I will debate the facts with anyone; but this name-calling is the lowest form of arguing. Anyone who calls me a name rather than addressing the issue at hand immediately loses my respect.

She was in Boston and on her way to our state of NH>
She sure has a crowd following here.Just curious I suppose.
Yes,Obama will not have any problems whatsoever.

Exactly what she is counting on. Yes, I heard she was planning on finishing the tour in NH. I still think it's all for notoriety to boost her fee for public speaking.
