My two dogs woke me early, so I sat outside and talked with the Mockingbird for a while. He was sitting in a tree behind me, but moved over into my nice Oak, so he could see me. He would whistle and then give me a chance to answer. My whistling is not too good, but he was graceful and listened. We visited for quite a long time. I love being out in my nice backyard with all my wonderful ones that God has provided.

Have the "Honeydo" man here today to fix all the little things that I once could do myself. We have a huge hole in the disposal, so, that means a new one. Then he will repair all the things that close up three vanity sinks. Once I could have done all that myself. Then, outside, he is going to install a down spout so the water won't run onto my nice new patio. I hope this is all the repair for a while. Does anyone won't to loan me some money? Ha!!!!

Had a nice week-end. Went to services and then later on, son and wife came for a visit. They called to see if I wanted to come over for a swim, or have them visit. Sister needed some visitors, so I chose to stay homme. Besides, I am getting pretty tan. Think I have enough to last me for a while.

It is very hot here today. Probably the hottest day of our summer so far. Might hit 101, and with the ozone, that makes it feel warmer. I plan to stay in.

Have been thinking of all the inventions of my life time lately. Might do a blog on my 87 years. That covers a lot that you "youngins" might not be aware of.
