Doctor released me yesterday and I can now drive again. Also walk with walker for 2 weeks, then to cane for 2 weeks. Then, on my own. So grateful after about 10 weeks of depending on someone else to take me. Or just go for me. I know I am too independent and need to realize that soon, I might have to rely on someone else to help me.

We are looking for a good freeze - for Houston, tomorrow. I will have to cover my pot plants again. I will last only one day, then back to our usual winter weather. I feel for those of you who have to shovel snow. I know how lucky I am - until hurrican season. Ha!! Then you can feel sorry for me.

In my dreams last night, I was searching for fabric at a huge warehouse store. (my mother was there also). So I will hunt through my supply here at home and see what I have that needs to be made up.
