Woke this morning to the sounds of thunder rolling across the sky and rain tap-dancing on the roof. Ahhhhhh. What a wonderful thing. On my wanderings around this part of the country I've seen a zillion "Yard Sale" signs. Also this was to be the weekend of Chickamauga's "Downhome Days". This is a day of arts and crafts, cotton candy and snow-cones, bands, dancing in the street, etc. Just a good old redneck thing. Needless to say, we chose to stay home. I'm hoping the Down Home Days will be re-scheduled for another weekend. I love stuff like that. The yard sales can always happen again, but the Chickamauga festival is planned for a year in advance.
I'm trying out the new "advanced editor" on this post to see if it works or not. The last one didn't have paragraph breaks, the font I wanted, etc.
Is it just me? Maybe I'll catch on sooner than later.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend!
