Instead, I'll just keep on being me. I'll still love chocolate and chihuahuas and UGA Football and being a nurse and being a wife and reallllly love being a grandmother to three lovely girls. (OK, OK...two lovely girls and a fabulous teenager!)Why try to improve on just being myself? I can do that better than anything else.
Hubby and I just returned from a six day get-a-way in the wonderful Smoky Mountains. Just him and me and two spoiled chihuahuas. The weather was wonderful, Dollywood was fun and the hot tub on the back porch was heavenly.
Lucy and Sophie enjoyed it and behaved very well. They just didn't understand why a leash is necessary when the whole Cades Cove invited them to run and romp in the vast pastures. They might frighten the deer,bear, coyote, wild turkey, etc. that call the Cove home. Here are those spoiled girls:Â
