Today is day 1 of not smoking. So far so good. It is however, almost lunch and thats when I usually sit in my car and read my book and smoke. I will just eat some sunflower seeds instead.
I'm on the patch and it HELPS a bunch. I still get the little craving but it's easy to let it go without much thought. Let's hope it is as easy tomorrow and the next day......and the next.
Breath.
The baby is due in less than 3 weeks. I am throwing her a baby shower on the 21st. I am not good at those kind of things. I hate the stupid games you play at showers so I don't think we will do any of that. I will just cook a TON of good food and we can all visit and let her open presents. Since she will just be days away from delivery maybe we will make her jump off a chair a few times.
