Yet another great article!I've often thought that the original sin of Adam n' Eve that p*ssed God off so much was that they ate from the tree of knowledge. Think about that... the tree of *knowledge*. So, does that mean that God was being selfish with his knowledge of the Universe, and he didn't want us to have the power to enrich our own lives? I don't know... but if I were Adam n' Eve, I'd be ordering a fruit salad too! It seems that God's threat of hellfire and brimstone is only to discourage us from heading out on own quest for spiritual fulfillment.

Rent free? Tons of land? Argh... I don't blame you one lil' bit. In fact, I'm feeling bitter for you. Oh well, at least it's Friday...

A 15 month tour of duty! Yikes... that's unreal. And I thought my sister's hubby was spending an excessively long time at 9 months. That's so exciting that you'll get to see your son, and his new gf and dog soon. I hope you have a great visit!

Wow! I'm so sorry to hear that you and your family have had to endure such hardship lately... poor little guy. Diabetes really is a life changing condition, but at least it sounds like they got this particular episode under control in time. It also sounds like you managed to keep it together, and so you should be very proud of yourself. You're a lot stronger than you give yourself credit for.

Happy Belated Birthday!! As hard as it was to read that letter, perhaps it will eventually bring you a sense of closure, as you move on. You're 38 -- it's a new you and a new life, and you have so many things to be thankful for. I mean, just look at those two beautiful little faces in that photo! What gorgeous kids!

That's so exciting that you found an activity to get your out there and start having fun, while building confidence and meeting new people!
