Here's the Recipe

We are having this tonight.
      Dilly Zucchini Casserole
1 cup biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbs.dill weed.
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 eggs(I use egg beaters)make sure that you shake them up like beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups of chopped zuchini
1 large onion chopped.
  In a bowl combine biscuit mix
parmersean cheese,dill,salt,pepper
Add the eggs and oil,mix well.
Stir in zucchini and onion,until blended.
Pour in a greased 1 1/2 qt.baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 379 degree for 25-30 min
till golden brown.Yield 5 servings.
Glass of Merlot wine.
Green salad.
Rolls if you need.
If anyone do try this,I would like to know
how you feel about this.
Does not take too long prepare.

I forgot to mention that I use fresh dill from my garden.
Feel that this bring out the flavor more so than dill weed.
Dill weed is fine,but fresh is better.
