Not sure if u all have seen that movie but that's what this house is reminding me of. Electrical issues, check. Plumbing issues, check. We are still waiting for Internet so I'm writing this on my phone. It's small so not nearly as fun to read and see pictures etc.

Life has been really busy. I am trying to catch up with ya all tonight! Happy Monday peeps...

Same ? as Laura.. did the inspection miss something? There are laws on disclosure by sellers these days and I don't think it's just in NY. Hopefully after you get it done you'll be good to go for a few years. Then comes residing/painting and ah... well, let's keep it in the present!

as far as the home inspector, well, clearly he sucked.

It will all work out. Is home insurance available in your area? It covers
air conditioner and appliance replacement but will pay for itself if you need
it.

We do have a warranty, it will cover our plumbing issue but not the electrical...

I hope the problems aren't major, but of course any extra repair money adds up. Didn't the home inspection find these problems? The home owner's lament: It's always something.

The home inspector did Not find these issues. Grrrr the plumbing issues should be covered by the home warranty, the screwy wiring is not.
