Not So Lucky ...

After my crash last night I was thinking that I was not so lucky... I also realized that when given an option of two directions while driving, always picking the wrong way isn't lucky either. This weather certainly isn't lucky! Well it is for R since he's still affiliated with the gov't, he gets to go in 2 hours late. There are times I miss my old job!!! The private industry is hardcore... haha

I did not win the lotto. Shocking, I know.

In other news, last night I thought a lot about friendship and the roles we play. We watch our friends make mistakes and although we want to help, I am thinking there are times we should just keep our big traps shut, even though we see our friends heading towards treacherous waters. What do you all think? It confuses me sometimes...

Last night I told R that I wrapped his presents for V-day and he was like want me to wrap yours? I said yes. He then said he didn't think I would like that and that he was just going to present it. I was like is it a puppy??? It was funny. I think he wants me to think it's something else even though I know it isn't. That man... :0)

In other news, I really hate this weather. Why do I contemplate moving to Milwaukee then? Makes little sense!

Happy Wednesday people!!!

Hey, I didn't win lotto either! What's up with that! However I do intend to!

Are there less ice storms in Milwaukee? Yes, it's cold but is it mostly snow instead of ice? That might be nice for a change.
And you are lucky! Lucky that the accident was a minor one and that no one was hurt and only a few scratches on your cars. That's lucky IMO!

It's better to speak your mind, and let your opinion be known, but do it in a hey this what I think but you're gonna do what you want kind of deal. I know this is about me. FYI.

I agree with you about sometimes the best thing we can do for a friend is just keep quiet and let them err or succeed on their own

Tough question: When to say something and when to keep quiet. Even an unsolicited opinion isn't necessarily a bad thing, as long as it's not "don't make the same mistake I did". Not only does that annoy people, but as a species, that's not the way we learn.

You'd freeze your everything in Milwaukee, Kristy! But the beer is probably cheaper.
