Well, he did it. R roped me into going to the gym. I also have a friend,K, who goes there with her hubby, so tomorrow we are going to meet up and she's going to teach me how to use the elliptical. I am very gym machine challenged!!! But K is the perfect person who understands my limitations... she has in the past fallen off a treadmill, so she knows these things happen... :0) I adore her.

The Packers WON! I am so excited. My team is going to the Superbowl!!! WAHOO!!! Love it. We are going to have a superbowl gathering at our pad so that should be fun.

That's about all I have to say at this time. Happy Monday evening peeps.

you will be fine.Falling of the treadmill?are they serious?
I used this three times a week for years and never have fallen off or ever heard of anyone.They must be klutzy.

Fredo, these things can and do happen. She stopped to check her ipod but didn't think about the treadmill still going, and off she went.

I think you'll like the elliptical. I hope it's one that has a built in personal tv. Bring a earphones, water and a towel. Maybe even a small snack for right after.

I don't think they have their own TV's. I made my ipod gym mix yesterday. I am listening to it now and dancing around the house.
