R is away skiing with the boys for the weekend in CO. He sent a picture and MAN I need to visit CO sometime!!! It's breathtaking...
My pal came over on Thursday night and we caught up on a lot of stuff and had a great evening watching lifetime movies. I miss hanging out with her more often! She's awesome.
Yesterday I did my walks for work and then came home and spent some QT with the dawgs. I had a good evening! Today and tomorrow I want to try to figure out a training curriculum. It's exciting to ponder! And it might be starting sooner than I thought which is fine, but I want to get a handle on it so it doesn't keep me up at night. :0)
I took Kraymer to a TTouch appointment. It's sort of like massage only not really - I put the website for you to refer to if you'd like to learn more. R got me a book on it for Christmas and I have met someone who does TTouch so I made an appt with her. It's been good. The whole point - for Kraymer - is to calm down. She says if you think of it on a 1 - 10 scale where 1 is relaxed, Kraymer is a 7 or 8. We are working to relax him and get him down to a 3 or 4 - which for him would be phenomenal! It's kinda sad to think of him never fully relaxing. I told the practitioner that he does relax at home, but then she asked me if he followed me around, I said he sure does, and she pointed out how he's always ready to go in an instant, so how relaxed is he really? So anyways I am working with him and she sees him so I am hoping the little man can learn to just let go every now and then.
Anywho - I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. I am watching lifetime and loving it. I worked out on the treadmill so I don't feel completely lazy for the spending the rest of the day on the couch chillaxing. :0) Happy Saturday peeps!
