Bama Game

We went to Penn State this weekend with a bunch of R's friends. We had a really fun time.

We were all wondering how the Penn State fans would treat us, as when they were in Tuscaloosa last year they kept commenting on how nice we were and how welcomed they all felt. We were hoping for the same in return.

Well, Bama won. I don't know if that changed things but we ran into a couple tools. One of them yelled in my face "HONKEY TONK U!!!!" as we were walking down the street later that evening, but we just chuckled. Tomfoolery, really. A few in our group were Penn State fans, so it was kinda cool because when another incident occurred he personally went over to the Bama fan who was insulted and apologized for the rude behavior on his teams fan base's part. I thought that was cool.

Anyways, another successful weekend of partying has passed and we are on the couch waiting for our mybloggers Chinese to arrive. Perfect.

I also realize it's September 11th. We all remember and it hurts to think about this day ten years ago... I don't think any of us can forget. I am hoping the current terrorist threat isn't credible or isn't able to go as planned, since our area and NY were mentioned as targets. My world will never be the same, and I am sure many of us feel the same way.

Glad you had fun. Make the most of it and don't have a baby too soon.

I love reading about your outings and such. They remind me of being newly married, myself, without children...a very happy time.

You will get those times back and be young enough to enjoy them fully.

Today was a sombre day and a day not to forget and hope that we were always remember this and not to be like the Pearl Harbor.
they forgot about Pearl Harbor and lets hope that they will not forget about this tragic day in our beloved country and New York.

Ah, and peace is maintained between the colleges. Hopefully we can extend that peace - especially today.
