Rick Santorum's Best Quotes ...

1. Santorum has pledged to repeal all federal funding for contraception and allow the states to outlaw birth control, insisting that “it’s a license to do things in a sexual realm that is counter to how things are supposed to be.”
(How are they "supposed to be?" And where's YOUR 'license,' Ricky?)

2. During an appearance on Christian television in January, Santorum said he was surprised that President Obama didn’t know when life began — given his skin color. “I find it almost remarkable for a black man to say ‘now we are going to decide who are people and who are not people,” he explained.
(What about white bigots, Ricky? Like you.)

3. Speaking in Le Mars, Iowa in December, Santorum promised to significantly reduce federal funding for food stamps, arguing that the nation’s increasing obesity rates render the program unnecessary.
(Right! The oatmeal and saltine cracker problem is over the top!)

4. Santorum sounded like a representative from the health insurance industry when he addressed a small group of high school students in Merrimack, New Hampshire in December. The former Pennsylvania senator not only defended insurers for denying coverage to people with pre-existing conditions, he also argued that individuals who are sick should pay higher premiums because they cost more money to insure.

.....

I have many more of his quotes, but these four are enough, aren't they...!

All these GOP candidates should really get behind abortion again, since they're all a bunch of whores.

Of course that goes for the rest of Congress too; pardon my french.

Republicans only believe in Abortion On Demand for their mistresses, daughters, and wives. The man is so far over the line into religious mental illness, that his nomination would assure an Obama victory.

And to think that 25% of the Republican voters in Iowa supported him. I cannot believe what is happening in this country right now.

It's not so much Santorum, but the idiots that agree with his philosophy. I'm checking out Huntsman (although Obama still is my man).

Another nut has surfaced but I am looking forward to seeing him trounced for
his extreme stance.

My gosh! I hope this guy drops out of the race before his ads get to one of my viewing areas.

Santorum is in a bubble created by his supporters. And he believes the bubble. He's in for a surprise nationally if he succeeds in getting that far. His legislation would criminalize 90 percent of the country. Oh, yeah, winning strategy.

Google santorum and check out the second link that should show the page spreadingsantorum(dot)com/
Anyway, I woke up to NPR this morning and the Santorum soundbite was something about "God's people"... I'm thinking, what does Israel have to do with Iowa... then I began to process the rest of his statement. I wouldn't be surprised if this guy hears voices from dead ancestors (or worse). Fredo has a good question.... what were they thinking in Iowa last night?
comment by jjoohhnn on Jan 4, 2012 12:43 PM ()
But my dead ancestors say such interesting things. ...I shouldn't be listening?
