20 Quarts ...

I did the pasta sauce yesterday. 20 quarts, right to the spoonful!
It is an arrabiata sauce, in the Italian style with arrabiata peppers. It has a nice quiet "ZING" to it.

I didn't have a clue about what to name this batch, so Hobbes pitched-in and gave me the name.

Love that each Region of Italy has it's own distinct seasonings.

My certificate of authenticity on the back of all my paintings states that I have the right of publication and use of the artwork created by me as an image, printed or broadcast, whenever I so choose, for promotion of whatever I choose.

Love the label and am waiting for the invitation to actually taste this masterpiece. Meanwhile, would you make any extra $$ if you sold your sauces? Or is that too much like it isn't fun anymore if you are selling.
