I recently got my grades back for all my midterm exams. I’m happy to report my marks on all exams came in at what I was hoping for and even the exam I thought I’d get my lowest mark on, I actually did quite well in. Needless to say, I’m pretty happy and it’s a huge weight off my shoulders.
This week was my first week back at school. Prior to mid-terms I signed up for my Spring semester classes that are requisites for my Sophomore year. The way it works is Architecture curriculum must be delivered as a series - each course is offered only once a year and is a prerequisite to the next course. These series are arranged to be taken in one academic year. So, students who don't follow the recommended schedule of courses may find it hard to complete the program in 4 years.
My current (spring) classes are:
- Arch Design (4 credits)
- Arch Theory (1 credit) *lecture
- Physics (4 credits)
- Drama and Performing arts (3 credits) *elective
- Cultural and Social Ethics (2 credits) *elective

I need to begin applying at construction or landscaping companies soon for summer employment. These jobs pay great, but they go fast! I worked a construction job last summer with my brother-in-law, but he no longer works in construction. I know a few companies that hire college students, so hopefully one of them will pick me up.

My baby niece is doing great. I'll ask my sis for permission to post a couple new pics in future posts.
