Good Monday Morn, MyBloggerstown:
Spent yesterday over at my brother's house. I really needed to get away from the bowling alley ( above) and the honky tonk (next door). All was quiet when I arrived at Bubba's as they had yet to return from church. They go every Sunday as they are really serious Christians. So, with the house quiet and no one but the three big dogs (Moose, Benson and Reagan) and the cat Munchkin for company, I had a snack and took a nap on the couch. They arrive at last and I am awakened. There had been some sort of Father's Day deal at the church and that explained why they were late. We all had homeade subs for lunch and then chowed down on the Father's Day cakes and other goodies my nieces had prepared for the fathers in the house (namely Lulu Belle's husband Buster and my brother Bubba). The four grandchildren (Damien, Wednesday, Daisy May and Jethro) had picked out and purchased cards for their "Papaw". One by one they presented Bubba with their cards. He read them all, admired them and thanked each child. I had something in my eye the entire time. So after all this I laid down on the couch again and slept for almost three hours. I couldn't unnerstand why I was so tired. Bizzare. Went home and went to bed early (9 ish) and didn't wake up until 5 am today. Hope I'm not coming down with something.
This week is gonna be a busy one for yer own Bugg. I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon, Wedsnday I havta go over and help sis-in-law out, Thursday I have yet another appointment( I think I am putting these doctor's kids through veternary school)and then Friday is the Big Inspection. Each year the regulatory agency that overseas the Cow Snot Housing Authority holds inspections of each of its rental apartments to make sure they are being maintained and kept neat, orderly and sanitary. Needless to say, I have some cleaning to do. Yet here I sit, procrastinating as I usually do. I just can't seem to get motor-vated. But I need to get on the stick.
So having said that, I must be off (All: "You sure are"). Have a good week everyone
