Good Saturday(or to MyBloggerstown's feline popualatin, good Caturday) Blog Pals:
   All y'all have pro'lly noticed my absense from these hallowed pages over the last week or so.
Well, its been a mess . If not it'll do till the mess gets here.  Jethrene decided she needed to go out and talk to Shitstick live and in person or else she'd just expire. I mean she was weeping and shaking. "I just gotta go see him, Auntie Bugg. If I don't I'll loose it, I swear."  So, her parents, Crazy Sis, Mama and me all chip in to get her a last minute plane ticket to Cow Snot Wyoming. We had to drive her to Columbus, OH to catch the plane from there to Denver,CO. Columbus is about 2 hours from here and Denver is about the same distance from Cow Snot so her parents are picking her up on that end. Doing it that way saved about $300 on the ticket and the gas each way is only about $50 or so. Crazy Sis, Mama, and me are spelling each other minding the babies (it was my turn last night). She is due home Sunday night about midnight. The babies miss their mama terribly and keep asking where she is. They havn't slept well since she's been gone, the poor little tykes. Jethrene plans on she and the children (and Brody/Buddy, natch) joining Shitstick in December in Cow Snot. Bubba has lined him up a decent job and Jethrene will have her 2 year accounting degree and knows a couple of folks who work in a local bank there who can pro'lly vouch for her as far as gaining employment goes. If they can only put the past behind them and move on, they have the opportunity to start afresh. Jethrene has her parents and her sister there for support and its just a better environment all round. Schools are better, the economy there is better than this hell hole and they have more of a chance to build a real future there, in my view. And everyone agrees with me. Jethrene's mama, my sister-in-law Suffering, is beside herself with the thought of having her "baby" and her grandbabies near at hand. My brother Bubba, Jethrene's daddy, feigns  indifference but we know in his heart he'll be glad that "the baby" is home too.Â
I do so hope she and Shitstick work things out. I'll miss those babies something fierce but it will be so much better for them there. They need their family intact and they need their daddy in their lives. Behavioral problems are beginning to surface with both of them. Nothing beyond the hissy fit pitching stage at this point but I do worry that it may escalate. A stable home life will do wonders, I predict.Â
Well, that's the skinny so far. Can't wait till Jethrene gets home and gives us all the details.
