I know that, recently, I have been remiss in visiting as a lot of your blogsites, and for this I apologize. It is AMAZING how much I miss reading what is happening in your lives, but time restraints, medical issues, and other obligations have left me little time for leisure as of late.
That will change again in the very near future, I promise you.
I may have to take a brief hiatus from this blog. (A week or two.) Maybe. Maybe not. I'll know for sure next week. If so, know that I will be back as quickly as possible!
For those of you who are interested, It is official now. The doctors have proclaimed the my mom does not have brain cancer. They removed as much of the tumor as possible two weeks ago, and they are hopeful that what was left behind will die off and shrink. If not, radiation treatments will be necessary.
She is doing wonderfully now.
Thank you all so much for your thoughts and your prayers! (November even sent a card that she designed to my home address! What a SWEETHEART she is!)
As for my carotid artery and jugular vein scans, I got the results yesterday. Everything is perfect. No blockages and no detectable build-up of plaque anywhere.
