finished writing, proofing and will print the hard copy of the
September Gazette tomorrow and turn it in to the office--then next
weekend will start on the October issue--will take a picture of the
September cover and post it--animal lovers will enjoy it!

It
seems almost impossible but we had a mugging here the other day! A kid
was hiding in one of the laundry rooms, saw a woman (Do I have to say
old? We are all old here!) get out of her car and took her grocery bags
out of her trunk. The kid ran up to her, grabbed her necklace and ran.
We do have security guards but they only work at night and on weekends.
Looks like the police will be around more for awhile.

I
did it and I shouldn't have!! We have this beautiful White Bird of
Paradise tree in the back of the elevator that I use and I have been
after the trim trimmers to trim it now for about 2
months and they haven't so I took things into my own
hands--literally--and took one of the trim trimmers trimmers (say that 3
times!) and went to work on this 3 story tree.  Folks, all I can say is
that my right arm, shoulder and neck are hurting!
