Mother Nature Amazes Me !

A
couple of weeks ago when I was walking home passing by a Hibiscus plant
I snapped off a twig and when I got home I just stuck it in a pot. Last
night I noticed a buds. This morning one of them opened.

Looks like it has taken root and I now have a Hibiscus plant growing in my apartment!

By
the way to the right of the plant is a twig that took from a 'Cuban
Yellow' plant that is as tall as the window and flowers every morning.
On the left is 'something' that has just grown out of the soil I put in
the pot--a weed? Mother Nature keeps me guessing!

BTW, what is a cuban yellow? Google says it is a grape tomato. Those don't look like tomato leaves.

It's a green bush with small yellow flowers--it blooms all year round down here

I love hibiscus too. I have had three for many years. Some years they bloom and some years not. I put them outside in the summer and bring them in when it gets cold.

One man's weed is another man's wildflower.
