After living here 12 years I am still discovering the wonder of Mother Nature!! I came across this plantyesterday and noticed a 'fruit'(?) growing on it--it has a blue plum look with a white 'pulp' inside around a pit. Anyone recognize it? Thanks

Beats the heck out of me. It's a "plum" to me. Must be ornamental.
Sometimes it helps to see the blossom. Can you remember what it looks like?
