My Gateway Subway Restaurant--review

For
fast food subs Subways are the best with fresh foods, wide choice of
breads and additions. The service is fast paced and all the employees
plus, I think he is, the franchise owner, always welcome you with a
smile.
The place looks immaculate and someone is always cleaning something. Along with that comes a good, filling sandwich.
This
past month I have been eating their 'special' $5 foot long meatball
with marinara sauce on toasted herb garlic bread adding cheddar cheese
and onions--that plus a soda came to $7.10. I usually have their turkey,
a different bread each time, no cheese but with tomatoes, onions and
mustard plus the soda for about $8.14
I'm not into fast food as I
like to sit and be served from beginning to end but I usually stop here
after going to a movie matinee on Mondays at the Gateway Theatre and
then walk home which makes for a pleasant afternoon.
By the way they usually have coupons in the paper once a month making it even a better deal!

The commercial always says "eat fresh". I figure I could do that at home, but I don't make meatballs. Maybe I should check it out (Delhi has one near the college). Donna figures she can get something on grainy bread (low carb) so I might as well stop resisting.

They have 5 different kinds of bread--each better than the other--the only problem I have with their food is that it is very high in sodium (shhhhh--don't tell my doctor but I eat it anyway!)

Sounds good. I really like subs. maybe not turkey every day like Jared, but once in awhile.

They really do offer a variety--their breads are good--once a week offers a change!
