The rainy season brings out different sites in South Florida--no, I'm not talking about the guy above.
Most
of the time the egrets stay near the ocean but when the grounds get
flooded in-land as they did last week they come on in and investigate
the grounds and/or try to get the seeds before the others do.
In
ways they are very elegant birds but then on the other hand they are so
clumsy they are very funny to watch them. Mother Nature certainly has a
sense of humor when it comes to her creatures.
And
then there are our insect eaters! These guys are all over the place
runnung, scampering and scrurring constantly from here to there and back
to here!
I
don't know what happened here. When I was taking a walk the other day I
saw this red boat and really didn't think anything about it though I
had seen it before. Then the next day, once again taking a walk--see I
do exercise--I don't only eat!--this was happening and I have no idea
what or why. Two days later the sunken boat was gone!
Looks like it was pulled from the dock--wonder if the red boat had anything to do with it?
