AM I Allergic to Restaurants???

After last night I wasn't
going to take any chances today. Allen and I had a lunch date today so
when I got up after a short night of sleeping I took a full Xanax and a Budeprion XL an hour before he was due to pick me up and we were off to TastyThai.

They had a 'Buy 1 get 1 free' coupon so what did we have to lose??

The buffet menu is different every day

I
did do some eating but wasn't really feeling 100%--felt some anxiety
and I have no idea where it comes/came from!! As soon as I got home,
after running errands, I took a half a Xanax--helped a little not much--will have to take one tonight before trying to get some sleep.

I
am going to my primary doctor tomorrow with a load of questions but the
main ones will be about cutting out this anxiety, how many xanax can I
take safely in one day and getting a good night's sleep--the
possibility of a sleeping pill?? Hopefully I leave with answers!

I love Thai food! Great choice!

Anxiety comes from the sub-conscious in most cases or at least feeds into whatever else may be causing it. Without you even realizing it, underlying everthing might be a natural effect being caused from a lack of sleep, an inner impatience for not being 100% yourself, some imbedded concern for the meds you are taking and how much you are or should be taking and the addiction part but also knowing you need it, and there's some hidden or obvious emotion for what some people have done for you and with you with some emotional gratitude but maybe some feeling of being less independent and/or obliged to them and/or even feeling a little guilty about all of it. Doctors can often help you sort all of this stuff out so you can start working on reducing...and then eliminating...the anxiety. Keep talking to your doctors...even call them in between visits if you have to.

I hope your doctor is able to help you to get some sleep.

I am not a fan of Thai food, and just going there would have made me need a xanax too...
