I have not been here for so long I hardly now where to begin. I have had some health problems that surfaced this past Friday and Saturday and my cardiologist put me in the hospital Tuesday and performed a heart cath procedure. The urgency with which he moved had me scared but thank goodness the test determined there was no blockage in my arteries but they are narrowing which means plaque build up. So I will have to start being very careful about what I eat and try to exercise more on a regular basis. As some of my friends know I have not been blogging because I just was mentally and physically worn out after I worked all day....now I know the reason. I'll be dropping by now and then but until I see ya'll again just keep me in your prayers.
