I only wear Aciscs athletic shoes now and I change them about every 4-5 months. Plantar Fasciitis was one of the worst problems I ever experienced and it took almost a year to correct.
Dottie, you are not being unreasonable or a whiner for feeling that way, Perhaps when his birthday rolls around you might just be to busy to remember; no card, no phone call. Maybe he will get the hint.
What a great life story!
Been to Huntington many times since my husband grew up in Kenova about 30 minutes from Huntington. Nothing to do there but mining, so he joined the Army and only goes home for visits. I think the first time I was there the population of Kenova was about 3000; less than that now.
LOL!! It is definitely a problem. Dogs are so easy....just put the pill in a pill pocket and they gobble them down but not my cats.
I can't imagine trying the dating scene again. I think if something happens to my husband I will be happy with just me and my fur babies. I finally have him trained the way I want him anyway and don't want to start over.
Yeah right, he would roll over laughing if he happened to read this.
Mine don't go out at all and don't even try to run out the door, just love sitting there and looking out. Years ago I had a cat that would bring grasshoppers. She would sit outside at the patio doors with this thing in her mouth, legs squirming everywhere and want in. I can't stand them because they will jump on you or fly in your hair. Yuck!
When I was in my early twenties, I flew to Athens, Greece; lived there for two years and flew back home with a new baby and did not think anything about it. Back then it was an eight hour flight, not nearly as long as Holly's. Today...I would need a Valium for a trip like that.
Poor baby!! Lots of TLC for him.
I have not been here in so long I feel like I'm intruding by making a comment. Congratulations on the new upcoming grandbaby. Hope everything goes well and she has an easy pregnancy. My grandson is 5 months old and he is just adorable. This has been a very strange "winter" here in Georgia. The high yesterday was 75; bugs are gonna eat us alive this summer unless we have a cold snap. I must be in the minority because I cannot stand the move Groundhog Day.
Spectacular architecture! Sad way to accumulate it though.
LOL!! I needed a good laugh to end my day.
If I saw that, I would drop dead. I'm terrified of spiders.
Definitely calendar worthy scenery. I bet it was wonderful listening to the rushing water and birds singing. No cars, no horns blowing, no phones ringing; just peaceful nature sounds. Bliss!
