For the first time since he moved in (other than Christmas morning) George has left the house without me. I go to my sister’s all the time, but he never goes anywhere. He always says he doesn’t want to. Things have been really crazy and stressful around here with me losing my job and in the manner it’s being done. He’s got a lot going on too. My stuff weighs heavily on him and I know he also has other things on his mind, that he doesn’t talk about often. He doesn’t want to add to my stress. He wants to take away my pain and stress and he feels bad because he can’t. So he’s been grumpy and negative and just feeling kinda sad. So tonight he finally took me up on my persistent offerings to go out by himself. He went to his parents to have coffee. That’s my baby’s big night out…just another reason I love him.

We had a great time doing eggs today. The kids did a great job, didn’t make a mess and didn’t fight!! I got some great pics too.

And then the two just came in and had done a puzzle together!! That’s huge!! They never get along, never play together and neither one is a real puzzle doer!

Kev took his bike and George and I walked around the park today. Kev stopped to see Aunt Rhonda too. Riss and I did collaging tonight together!! So we had a lot of quality time together today.

Today I’m able to see the “positive” of losing my job. I’m able to have faith in the big picture and the big reason. I can see a new career and passion as a possibility. I can see other dreams coming true as well. Most of all, I believe that I’ll be alright.
