I am on my week's vacation. I haven't had a whole week off since starting this job over two years ago. It's a stay-cation, staying at home. But is has been just what I needed. No schedule, wake when I want, which is usually still early in the morning.

Yesterday I vacuumed our pool as it was getting green, don't think we were running the filter enough. Bad idea for someone with a bum shoulder! It was hurting so bad last night. But it was worth it. Me and Dakota spent the afternoon in the pool and once hubby got home from work we were back in.

Our state fair is going on, that's the reason I took vacation. But we have been so broke! We won't get to the fair until tomorrow night, my paycheck goes in tomorrow.

So it's been a relaxing time for me. Reading good books, watching some of my favorite movies and afternoon naps!

Talked to my daughter last night, we will meet up with her at the fair tomorrow night. She must have texted me after I went to bed last night, asking if I was still up. I had just gotten up this morning when she texted me again, asking if I was up yet. I told her yes. She then sent me a pic of 3 positive pregnancy tests!!!!!

She got married in May of last year and they have been trying since then to get pregnant. She was getting worried that something was wrong and would frequently ask me to research different things for her.

I am over the moon happy for these two! They will make awesome parents. My son in law is a wonderful young man and makes my princess so very happy. I am bursting with excitement for them and cannot wait to start shopping!!!
