Neck Pain

About 15 years ago I broke my nose. Interesting story. I had been sick for a few days and finally went to the doc. I had brochitis. And strep throat. So I had not been able to eat for about 2 days. So I got my prescriptions filled and returned home. I had just taken my meds and was on my way upstairs to go back to bed. At the time I had low blood sugar. Meaning if I didn't eat, I was prone to passing out. Well I passed out on my way through the living room, my face connecting with the coffee table. So thats how I broke my nose. But it also hurt my neck, I guess like whiplash. Now when we have very wet weather my neck starts hurting. With all this rain we had recently, my neck has been hurting and then causing me to have headaches. Maybe I should see a chiropracter?

Anyway, yesterday Kota was really himself for the first time in days. I decided to work on the living room, put toys away and rearrange. Kota was a big help! He would take his toys back to his room, helped me sweep up and even fixed me a cup of coffee when it was break time. He carried all of my jewelry supplies to the spare room so they are no longer cluttering up the living room.

We had a talk last night. This will be his first day back to school after the bullying incident. I told him if the girl calls him names, do not say anything back to her. I told him as soon as he gets to his class he should tell his teacher. I am hoping the girl was disciplined by her parents and that this won't happen again.

I heard some mourning doves this morning while we waited for the bus. I just love the sound they make.

mary, you conquered the size and color thing. Go girl! My hubby had a great chiropractor here who did everything so gently.

I am intrigued by the "all of my jewelry supplies...cluttering up the living room." Do you sell jewelry supplies? Have multiple body piercings? Wear lots and lots and lots of jewelry? Most folk's LRs are cluttered with stuff like old magazines, emptied food containers, or discarded foot coverings.

wickedtitch of the west is right.I go once a month and have
been doing this for years.Try it and get a review on this.
That is pretty scary of you falling and hitting the table.
You should take time out and eat when you have to.
Otherwise, some of the falling could be fatal.
Yea,I know bad news, but worry about this.
So glad that Kota is feeling better and does he know how to
defend himself?

I have to read back a bit to figure out the bully story...I'm so behind! A Chiropracter doesn't sound like a bad idea at all.

I hope that bully leaves him alone!
I haven't ever heard a mourning dove...

A chiropractor would probably be able to adjust your neck to make the headaches go away. My friend Ruth does mine a couple of times a year it is fantastic.
