I went to get my flu shot yesterday afternoon and to get an antibiotic to take on our upcoming cruise. I have one of the rare, old fashioned internist who really likes his patients. I have gone to him for twenty years. He is so concerned that I might have a fall and break my hip. I guess he sees that often. I didn't tell him that I am a total klutz and fall down frequently or that I get down on the floor and wrestle with Rex.
Ted has finally given up on the El Camino. We are going to look at an old Suburban today for some of the hauling we have to do. We had one and traded it for my car and they are selling for very little now because they are such gas hogs. We like them a lot for our purposes. The El Camino has been the bane of Ted's existence and is a total wash out. He is going to strip it and cut off the bed to make a trailer. We are torn about selling his car. We don't need it but it is a classic and appreciates every year. He still mourns the mustang that he had in the seventies and I had one of those 56 fords with the glass roof. They are both worth a fortune now. Oh well, hindsight is twenty twenty.
