My 87th birthday was made special by friends and family.
I got a lot of presents and all of them were very
thoughtful but perhaps one of the best ones was having my
two year old great grandaughter toddle up and give me
a big, unsolicited kiss. What a sweetheart!

My beautiful grand daughter, Laura who is majoring in
fashion design will present her collection on April
15th. I am planning on being there. Laura has also
done a lot of modeling during her time at Oklahoma State
University and has totally put herself through college.
She graduates this Spring.

One of the really fun things at my family birthday party,{yes I had two) was watching the cousins give Adrienne
a make over. She has refused to wear make up but the
results were so good that for once she didn't wipe it
all off. It is heartwarming to see the girls so close.

By the way, My Azalia bloomed on my birthday. The first
time I have ever been sucessful with that plant.
