My New Employees

I frequently visit when I walk around the neighborhood and
I met up with two eleven year old twins who were mowing lawns.
They explained to me that they had saved their money and bought a second lawn mower so they could serve more clients.
I was impressed with their work ethic so I hired them to come
between the times for the lawn service. They did a fine job
and assured me that they would show up even if it was a
hundred degrees outside.

It is so unusual to see kids doing any sort of manual labor
now. They have l2 lawns and I predict by the time they are
Adrienne's age they will have a thriving business.

Another service that some teen could be doing, if they have
pickups is to deliver bulky items that won't go in a car.
I have a need for this kind of thing several times a month.

These kids are such great little guys. I imagine their industry will carry them far. It is a lot of fun to be
with them too. By the way, they are home schooled and
Mom and Dad are doing something right!

I told them that I would help them find more jobs. One twin is stocky and
red haired and the other is taller and dark haired. I have a lot of friends
that could use help.

That's pretty impressive, and we've talked about homeschooling, but every kid we have met that was homeschooled was a bit... Odd.... Glad to hear these two Aren't the norm!

I have always felt that home schooling was a mistake for social reasons
and the lack of exchange of ideas in the classroom. However, with the
violence in classrooms, we may have to rethink it.

Applause to these young fellows! Very impressive -- and so glad you met and hired them and have the help you need. Well done!

The yard was getting shaggy between the lawn services and these boys are
a treasure. They are such sweet kids that it is a pleasure to be around
them.

Home schooling should give them enough time to work even while school is in session. No transportation time wasted and none of the other school nonsense. That's the way to go!

It has certainly worked for these kids. They are sweet, polite and industrious. I see all sluttiness and the gangs at the highschool and
middle school when I pick up the girls. It is frightening.
