I am so bogged down in trivial details that it is hard to do the really important things like contacting old friends.
My time is my own and there is no excuse for it. We recently got four new movie channels from our server, which is or rural telephone company and that has eaten up time too in a pleasurable way.

Ted is still sick but after a full week of it, he let me call his Dr. and get a prescription. Almost everyone has this terrible long lasting influenza around here.

I walked about a mile today with Rex and another mile with Celeste and did the ab lounge sixty times with weights. Hopefully, I will lose another dress size this spring.

Rex has wormed his way into becoming a full time house dog, all ninety pounds of him. He and China have worked out some kind of truce.
