First it is hot and encouraging us to go out on a limb and
plant tender plants, then it is cold again and we have to
cover them. I did not have a decent tomato last summer so
I planted one last night with great optimism and it is very
cold this morning.

The weather is about to do me in anyway. I am living on
benadryl. The pollen is blowing around from all the trees
and is so thick you can see it in the air. I need to work
outside but am unable to stay long because it is so nasty.

My cousin and my sister are coming to see me Friday. They
will want to shop and I should buy some pretty flower pots
while we are out. We will go out to lunch and make a day
of it.

Losing Fredo? I can't bear it because he always makes me
laugh. I'll bet he will have to tell us about his trip to
Tuscany. Blog friends come and go but there will never be
another like Fredo.

Yesterday, I was busy all day. I went to the commissary and
bought a month's groceries and then picked up some reading
glasses for Ted. The commissary was so busy that I had to
stand in the checkout line for ages. I always plan my
shopping to use up my coupons and I saved nearly 50.00.
Aldi's just doesn't have the best meat or some brand names
that I really like. The produce at Aldi's is not the best.
I like the house to really smell good and after experimenting with everything available, Glade Sense and Spray does the best job. The white linen fragrance is my
favorite. By the time everything was put away, it was time
to pick up the girls and think about dinner.

We are taking Ashley and friend to the circus Saturday.
Adrienne has a band trip. We will have to think up something special for her.
