I stayed up way too late reading the transcript of the Fusion GPS guy’s testimony to the Senate. But it’s an incredible thing to read. This man, Glenn Simpson, and his company were hired twice during the campaign period: first by Republicans, then later by the Democratic side. About 60 pages in, it really landed on me to realize this guy knows all about Trump and his businesses — he has been investigating the hell out of it. He also describes Chris Steele, the MI6 man who put together the “dossier†on Trump, as basically a Boy Scout — honest, reliable, modest. He believes what the dossier indicates.
