Snow

Sigh. It snowed overnight, 3 inches, and I'd fallen asleep without putting the windshield cover I got for Christmas on my car. So after shoveling the driveway I cleaned off the car and put the windshield thing on. It has a flap that you close in your door so no one steals it off your car.

It was supposed to snow more, but hasn't yet. I was almost hoping it would.

Well, one good thing is noticing how much stronger I am since last year. Shoveling was no big deal at all.

And people ask me "Don't you miss 4 seasons?" NO!!! We will only have a high of 71 degrees today and it will go down to the 50s tonight--I am not a happy Floridian!!!

Even though I don't do well in a cold season, I do miss the look of snow. I have a photo I took in NY after a big blizzard. So very beautiful.

We are supposed to get snow over the weekend. Mike assures me that it
is only 9 weeks till spring. Cannot wait!!!!

What is this spring you speak of? I know the winter, which consists of alternating rain-slush-snow-rain, and then suddenly it's hot.

I don't shovel snow. I might damage my knitting hands. Yesterday it rained. Today it rained. Tomorrow it will rain. Yes, our rainy season has begun.

Yeah, rain here too as the temperature varies wildly. I worry about freezing rain.
