Sherrod Brown should stick around to run in 2020. Finally, he's truly hollering at the Republicans about this abortion of a tax bill.

Other than that, I'm horrified by the slew of news and accusations about harassment and assault. I wish this weren't happening now. But I suppose all floodgates break at times like we're living in.

What is heartening to me is to know that the Mueller investigation is going along strongly and I've already made a bet with a friend that at least one more indictment will happen before year's end.

The corruption surrounding Trump, including his violations of our Constitution have me so distressed that I am unable to summon up the proper amount of outrage overthe behavior of this sexist pig. Most of us have dealt with sexual overtures that were unwanted and uncalled for.
Perhaps outing these men will serve as a warning to others.

This may be insensitive, but I feel like there needs to be a universal agreement that in decades past what is now considered sexual harassment took place on a routine basis, and some of that was due to how the roles of men and women were defined at the time.

And we'll all agree that it was wrong, never should have happened, maybe some of it was more egregious than others, but we all need to move forward; as a Billy Bob Thornton character said: "I don't dwell on the past...that's why it's called the past." Otherwise, the entire country will be bogged down in witch hunts and trying to figure out what is or isn't serious enough to change lives.

Unfortunately this would absolve Trump from his self-proclaimed ##### grabbing, but obviously there's a large number of people who didn't think that was such a big deal, and he has done and will continue to do things that hopefully are going to get him into real trouble - as you've alluded to up above.

It’s not insensitive, and I think there are many parts to the phenomenon we’re seeing. It’s hard to summarize it, even. The worst of the accused harassers seem to have been in action for a long, long time. I wonder if it’s the general state of the culture right now that made the public suddenly decide this is enough and it’s awful. It’s not strictly a gender thing, as there are same-sex cases being put in the news now too.

I think there’s a general drop in respect offered to all people. Otherwise, I can’t explain why Trump isn’t running down the street to escape an angry horde right now. Lack of respect to his fellow human is his signature.

But will it be a 'meaningful' indictment or just 'we are doing our job' political pat on the back?

I would find it hard to think of Mueller's work as anything other than meaningful.
