I was definitely not handling it well yesterday, but later on things were better. I think I freaked out because I deal with too many things alone, isolating myself.

Meditation and a gratitude journal help me. It always helps to write exactly how you are feeling at this moment. Something about getting it articulated and down on paper helps. Thinking of you!

After an argument with my friend/coworker, he usually starts telling me to meditate. I know this is useful but I have to kick back first, like a mule because he is always telling me what to do. Oh, wait, I do the same thing...
