I don't know your problem, but deep breathing, an effort to let all physical tension go will help a lot. Let us know how you are.
Meditation and a gratitude journal help me. It always helps to write exactly how you are feeling at this moment. Something about getting it articulated and down on paper helps. Thinking of you!
