I promised to post a picture of me in uniform, and this is me receiving an award for one of the publications that I do for the Auxiliary. I received two and both pictures look the same, so just imagine a different piece of paper in my hand for the second award. Beside me are some very important people: my Division Captain, the District and National Commodores, and the Director of the Auxiliary (he is Coast Guard)for my district.
I don't like to write stories or print pictures of myself in the unit publications that I do, but I have to publish this because it is THEIR newsletters that won the award. They deserve to know that their contributions helped to create an award winning publication.
Speaking of publications, I have to finish one now, so I will stop by and visit everyone later.
