2011 Calendar

https://www.lulu.com/product/calendar/my-calendar/12288797?productTrackingContext=search_results/search_shelf/center/1
Earlier this year, I started painting images for a calendar.  I got all caught up with my book and the publications that I do and never finished it. Turns out that because of the format that I chose, I needed 24 images anyway,  not just the twelve I started painting, so I would have to use more/older paintings anyway.  I decided to pair a people painting and a landscape on each page. That turned out to be a very colorful and happy accident.
The calendars are for family and close friends for Christmas gifts, but I decided to make the calendar publicly accesable on the Lulu page in case someone else liked it enough to want one.  Note:  I am NOT suggesting that you rush over and buy a calendar- that is not why I am posting the link.  I am posting it in case you want to look at it. It really did come out pretty. (There is a preview button under the image.)
I am steadily plugging away at my 'to do' list.  Any day now, I will be able to breathe again! I really need to catch up on your posts too.  How did I let my life get this busy?

I'll bet if they come from environmental groups, that they are beautiful! I did not post my calendars here to sell them- I posted them to show them off. Nothing shy about me!
P.S,: While I did not post the calendars to sell them, I do hope my MyBloggers friends will buy my book.

If I didn't already receive about a dozen free calendars from all the environmental orgs I belong to, I'd be ordering yours. Alas, enough is enough.

One of the landscapes I used is the barn fire in Epsom that I painted for you.

This is something I started in January! Glad to have this done and out of the way. Now, I have two more publications to do for the Auxiliary. Maybe after that I can get back to painting again. Bet your coffee table will look great!
