Find a Friend ... ...

Nope....not playing "Who Wants to be a Millionaire"....not looking to 'phone a friend'....I'm looking to FIND a friend. Wait....I think I have friends already....so it's not like I'm trying to 'find A friend'. LOL. Okay - to the point now....how do you search for a particular person on here? When I go to the home screen, click on the user search at the bottom, I get an error. It won't let me look for someone. That leaves me digging through others' pages, trying to find that person I am looking for. Can anyone help me out here? I don't see a "Search" box anywhere else. Thanks in advance for the help!

That's the problem.....I'm NOT already friends with them on mybloggers. But I want to find them.....I knew them by their previous persona. And when I was gone for so long, they morphed into their new being. Now I can't go "find" them. I need a Search feature, one that is working, since the one on the home page doesn't work.
